Organize a focused review session

Use folders and review status to choose what to practice next.

Organize around the next attempt

A useful folder answers a practical question: what do I want to work on next? Start with a few broad topics, such as fractions, equations, or geometry, instead of making a folder for every worksheet.

Save enough context

Include the full prompt and any supporting diagram when you capture a question. A neat crop that removes a key condition makes later practice harder. Keep similar questions together so you can compare the steps you missed.

Use status after doing the work

Distinguish items you have not practiced, those you have practiced, and those you have mastered. Change the state after an actual attempt. Do not use “mastered” simply to clear a list.

A question has one shared review status. If it appears in several generated sheets, changing its status is reflected wherever that item is referenced. It is not a separate score for each PDF.

Build a manageable session

Filter by folder, date, and status to pick a small set. Include a question you struggled with and another that checks the same idea in a different form. Generate a practice sheet with sufficient writing space, then complete it away from your previous answers.

Review the result

After working through the sheet, update the relevant items. Keep uncertain questions for another session. Already generated PDFs can be reopened, printed, or shared even after the trial ends.

Deleting an original question does not remove the saved historical PDF containing it. Manage exported copies and old practice sheets separately when you no longer need them.
